At OHED, we conduct a lot of training sessions for enhancing knowledge, skills and resources of members, other individuals and community groups to achieve our goals and improve the performance at all levels. Also, capacity building is whatever is needed to bring OHED members to the next level of operational, programmatic, financial, or organizational maturity. So, it may more effectively and efficiently help OHED members advance their mission into the future for good human mind change.
At OHED, professional trainings on capacity-building are defined as the processes of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that the organization and target communities need for surviving, adapting and thriving in a fast-changing environment.
